Hair Preparation:

• If your appointment does not include a wash, please arrive with your hair detangled.

• Personal Products:

  • You are welcome to bring personal hair products. Please communicate with your stylist in advance to ensure compatibility.

• Hair Length Requirements:

  • Hair must be at least 3 inches long all around (a credit card can be used as a reference for length).

• No Extra Guests:

  • For everyone’s comfort and safety, extra guests are not permitted during your appointment.

• Special Conditions:

  • Notify your stylist prior to your appointment if you have:

    • Damaged hair

    • Colored hair

    • Bald spots

    Additional Fees

  Early Morning or Late Evening Appointments:

  • Appointments scheduled before 8:00 AM or after 8:00 PM will incur an additional fee of $25.

• Same-Day Bookings:

  • Same-day appointments will include an additional fee of $40.

• Please book all the services you would like for I may not have time to add on at appointment. Adding at the time of service can result in additional up charges to original prices

Cancellation Policy

• 48-Hour Notice:

  • Appointments must be canceled at least 48 hours prior to receive your deposit back.

• No-Shows/Same-Day Cancellations:

  • These may result in a charge of up to 100% of the service fee.

  • Repeated no-shows or cancellations will result in being banned from booking future appointments.

Late Policy

• Grace Period:

  • A 12-minute grace period is provided.

  • After 20 minutes, a late fee will apply, and you will need to rebook as the appointment will be considered restarted.

• Payment of Late Fees:

  • Late fees must be paid in full before your service begins.

Appointment Duration

• Times given during scheduling are estimates. I prioritize quality over speed and do not rush my work.

Communication

• Life Happens:

  • I understand unexpected situations arise. If notified at least 24 hours in advance, we may be able to adjust or reschedule your appointment. Communication is key!
